Hello, my name is Laia and in this oral presentation I'm going to talk about cinema.

Do you often go to the cinema? Well, I don't go to the cinema very often but when I go, I enjoy it a lot. When I go to the cinema, I prefer to watch action and comedy movies. For example, the last film I watched was Lucy and personally I didn't like it although it was an action film. Scarlett Johansson played the character of Lucy. I like the way she acts and some other films she has made such as The Avengers or Captain America.

Do you prefer to watch movies at home or at the cinema? .... For me, there are many pros and cons for both options. A positive reason for watching movies at home is that you can lay in the sofa in the position you want, you can replay a scene again, stop the movie for going to the toilet or other things, and in the cinema you can't do it. However, if you watch the film in the cinema you can watch it before the film comes out on DVD.

Do you think it's expensive to go to the cinema? ... For me it is. I think the discounts they make you aren't very useful because the money you will save will be wasted in another thing such as more popcorns and drinks.

Dear Sir o Madam,

I represent a group called 'Teenagers Against Petrol Station'. I am writing to you because we are concerned about plans to build a petrol station in our area.

In our opinion, petrol stations are not safe, so if there is one near our town, the residents might be in danger. If we have a petrol station here, it will be a problem for a long time. Renewable energy, on the other hand, is a better alternative as it is cleaner and safer.

We have therefore decided to take action, and we are going to organize a protest. For this reason, we are sending a poster and we hope that you will support us and help to publicize this event.

Romeo and Juliet: Summary

THE CAPULETS AND THE MONTAGUES

When the story begins we see both families fighting in the street, Benvolio, a memeber of Montagues wanted peace and Tybalt, a member of Capulets wanted to fighting. This fight start when Sampson a servent of Capulets took out his sword and bit the tumb of the servents of Montagues, it was a great insult. Later the Prince of Verona arrived and they say: 

- I want peace in my city! Drop your weapons or you will all die!

Then Benvolio talked to his cousin, Romeo. Romeo explain to Benvolio that he felt sad because he's out of his lady's favour. He love her but she doesn't love him. 

A servent of Capulets went to invite the guest, for the party of Capulets and he met Romeo and Benvolio in the street. He didn't know that they were Montagues, and he asked for a help. Then Benvolio saw that Rosaline, the person who doesn't love Romeo, will be at the party and they had and idea. They decided to wear mask because the Montagues weren't invited to the party. 

At the Capulets' house, Lady Capulets was talking to her daughter, and she told to her, that she will meet Paris at the party, perhaps she will marry him one day.

THE GARDEN OF THE CAPULETS

When Romeo saw Juliet for the first time. He forgot Rosaline, he fell in love. But when he asked who was these lady, Tybalt recognized Romeo's voice. Tybalt fight against him because it was a great insult for a Montague to come to a party of Capulets. But Lord Capulet stopped Tybalt. 
Romeo went to Juliet and talked to her. He did not know who she was. Romeo kissed Juliet two times. Then the Nurse came to take Juliet to her mother, and she told to Romeo, that is Juliet, a Capulet. Romeo was very surprised and upset. 
Out of the party, Romeo jumped the wall and went into the garden of Capulets. In the dark garden, Romeo suddenly saw a light. Juliet was standing on her balcony. She began to speak to the night. She didn't know that Romeo was listening. Later Juliet asked for the voice she listened, and it was Romeo. They were talking for a few minutes, then the nurse called Juliet, and they decided that tomorrow they will be married secretly.

THE PRINCE OF CATS

Romeo asked to marry with Juliet, to Friar Laurence. And he said, that they marriage will make the Capulets and the Montagues friends. Then Romeo told to the nurse:
"Tell Juliet to come to Friar Laurence's cell this afternoon. We will get married there." 
The Nurse went back to Juliet, who was waiting anxiously. She told her the news. In the afternoon the sun was shining. Romeo went secretly to Friar Laurence's cell. At last Juliet arrived. Friar Laurence took them into his cell and the were married. 
At the moment, Romeo came back from his secret wedding, and he found Tybalt speaking with Mercutio and Benvolio. Tybalt, wanted to fight with Romeo, but he didn't wanted to fight because Tybalt was Juliet's cousin.
Mercutio was angry because he thought that Romeo was a coward. He took out his own sword. Romeo came between Mercutio and Tybalt as they began to fight. Romeo was shouting "stop fighting!" But Tybalt took the opportunity to kill Mercutio. Mercutio fell to the ground and died. It was Romeo's fault. His friend was dead.

Madonna

33 years after her debut single, Madonna has released her 13th album, Rebel Heart. Both Avicii and Kanye West worked on it. There's a gospel choir, piano, guitat and reggae too! The songs have religious references, and the album cover is designed to shock. Madonna hasn't changed at all!
